Approached 360 rep at the home show. Trina provided answers to all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I signed up for an estimate and recommendation for the heat pump best suited to my home. Trina called several days following and arranged a home evaluation. She reviewed three options with me and recommended the one she felt best suited the house and my heating and cooling needs. Three weeks later the unit was installed. The installer, Liam, was professional, polite, courteous and friendly. The install was neat and timely. He answered all questions and explained how the unit and remote work. He also advised me of an optional service plan which sounds excellent. 360 registers your unit for warranty and makes application on the customers behalf for the hydro rebate, making the purchase process as easy as possible.
